AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON
INVITATION VIEW & CLICK percentages:
As you may know, our
automated followup system is very persistent. The INITIAL view and
click rates you see soon after mailing invitations will climb as the system
is allowed time to work on your prospects.
Remember how it works:
1/ We send out
your invitations to the leads you
purchase or you send them out by entering the
names and emails of people you wish to invite, using your invitation system.
2/ For any prospects who do not view your invitation
after 2 days, the invitation is sent AGAIN, but with a
different subject line in the email. If they still don't open
the email, it is sent AGAIN, 2 days later, with yet
another subject line. This process will continue for 2 weeks (7
attempts spaced 2 days apart), in an effort to get them to open (view) your
email invitations.
3/ When they DO view
your email, the next goal is to get them to CLICK on the
presentation or information website. A series of 7 different emails,
with not only different subject lines but also completely different copy
in the message body, spaced over another 2 weeks time (one every 2 days
until they CLICK!), will be sent automatically.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE!:
When anyone clicks to your presentation or information site, you will be sent a
notice to yourname@yourdomain.ws
immediately. Make SURE, if at all possible, that you CALL THAT
PERSON ON THE PHONE while GDI is still fresh in their mind, to say hello and
ask how they liked the presentation. Don't be afraid! They can't bite you, and
doing this will increase your closing rate DRAMATICALLY!
Remember
though: You DO NOT need to sell anything. Let our amazing presentation do
that for you. Just the simple act of you calling to make a personal effort to
say hello will make all the difference in the world to most people!

you see, this is a methodical process that uses the power of automation and
computers to do what they do best. It is designed to free you to do what humans
should be doing in business: Communicating with others who are
INTERESTED in your offer.
That said, you may check your
invitation statistics
area to track the View and Click rates on all your invitations, whether you
entered them manually, or they were sent by us to purchased leads.
Note on purchased leads: After
processing, (normally 48 business hours or less) you may visit your
leads area to download your full leads file, anytime, if you wish to
use your data for postal mailings or followup phone calls.
